Information we collect
When you submit a business or express interest in an opportunity, AppAtlas collects the information you provide, including your name, email address, country, professional experience, business details and indicative investment range.
How we use information
We use this information to review listings, facilitate introductions, operate and secure the marketplace, communicate about submissions, and improve AppAtlas. We do not sell personal information.
Site analytics
We use first-party analytics to understand visits, popular pages, approximate country and device type. Visitors are represented by a random browser identifier. We do not record names, email addresses or IP addresses in visit analytics, and browsers with Do Not Track enabled are excluded.
Who receives information
Operator applications may be shared with the founder responsible for the relevant opportunity. Founder listing details may be published after review, but private contact details are not displayed publicly.
Storage and retention
Information is stored with our infrastructure providers and retained while needed to operate the marketplace, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information.
Your choices
You can download a copy of your marketplace data or permanently delete your account from account settings. You may also ask to access or correct your personal information by emailing privacy@appatlas.market. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Changes
We may update this policy as AppAtlas develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
