Marketplace role
AppAtlas introduces founders and prospective local operators. AppAtlas is not a party to agreements between users and does not act as a broker, franchise adviser, investment adviser, employer or legal representative.
Self-reported information
Unless a listing explicitly carries a relevant verification badge, business descriptions, revenue, user counts, commercial terms and other metrics are supplied by the founder and are self-reported. AppAtlas does not guarantee their accuracy.
Your due diligence
You are responsible for independently investigating every opportunity and the people involved. Obtain appropriate legal, tax, financial and regulatory advice before paying money, signing an agreement or launching in a new market.
Indicative terms
Fees, investment amounts, revenue shares, exclusivity and other terms shown on AppAtlas are indicative only. The founder and operator must independently negotiate and document their final arrangement.
Acceptable use
You must provide truthful information, respect confidentiality and applicable law, and avoid misleading claims, spam, unlawful products or attempts to bypass platform safeguards.
Reporting and moderation
Users may report listings they reasonably believe are misleading, suspicious, inappropriate or unavailable. AppAtlas may review, pause or remove content and accounts to protect the marketplace.
No guarantee
AppAtlas does not guarantee that a listing will be approved, that an introduction will occur, or that any opportunity will generate revenue or succeed.
